All content is generated by AI or reviewed by humans, for reference only, and does not constitute investment advice, legal opinion, or professional consultation. Users should make independent investment decisions and bear corresponding risks.
Users shall provide true and accurate registration information. Users shall not use the Platform for any illegal purposes, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or spreading false information. Users are responsible for all activities through their accounts.
All content on the Platform (including but not limited to text, charts, and data visualizations) is the intellectual property of AlphFin. Users may view and use content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
The Platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of content. Under no circumstances shall AlphFin or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of the Platform.
Subscription fees are as displayed on the payment page. Unless otherwise required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable. Users may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. After the trial period, auto-billing occurs unless cancelled in advance.
We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. User data is stored on Hong Kong servers and protected under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if unresolved, they shall be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) for arbitration in accordance with its rules.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
